Life in KissHQ is a bit hectic lately. We’ve had a big account go live at work, so I’ve spent the last three days with a phone attached to my ear answering questions and solving set-up problems. I actually like those hectic days at work, I do well on stress, plus the day shoots by and I’m home before I know it. I used to find the same thing when I was waitressing, slow days were the worst.
So, what have I been obsessing over lately?
I’ve had a bit of a 90s regression with this song. I am obsessed with it, and have had it on repeat for like a week. Maybe because it’s in 10 Things I Hate About You, and Kat Stratford is my hero.
I'm surprised that you've never been told before
That you're lovely and you're perfect
And that somebody wants you.
The TV Show
I’ve been loving getting caught up on How I Met Your Mother. I love that show, and it’s great having new episodes to watch after I watched the other seasons pretty much back to back online. Suit up!
I’ve recently got back into painting my nails again, and have been enjoying having a new colour on my nails every couple of days. I’m especially loving the Rimmel Lycra Pro polishes. They last really well on me and the colours are gorgeous. This is Aqua Cool.
The YouTube Clip
I wanted to embed a video here, but for some reason, it won’t let me, but I’ll link it instead. Now, I imagine that most of you aren’t gamers, but if any of you are, or are interested in what Tom does (I’ve talked a bit about him being at the BAFTA Games) this might be of interest. I enjoyed it because it made me die laughing. A kid with a games channel did a facecam video of him playing the game Tom was part of making, Project Thanatos. Basically, it scares the living daylights out of him, and it’s worth it for the faces he makes alone. You can watch the video here. If you are of the gaming persuasion, or just enjoy being terrorised, please do check out Raptor Games’ channel, where you can see some gameplay and find a download link for the game. I actually downloaded it myself last night, and played through for the first time. It’s surprisingly challenging to steer with a trackpad, apparently, so I spent a lot of time being devoured in grisly ways, and generally jumping and squeaking, even though I know what happens. I am so cool.
