Can you tell I like polka-dots? So I’ve had a bit of a shopping spree, and I think I may have become a TK Maxx convert. Maybe I’ve finally learnt an efficient method of trawling the racks that finds me the good stuff without sending me bonkers digging through the horrible stuff, which lets face it, is in proportion in TK Maxx.

The boots are awesome, although not quite what I ordered. I first spied them on the lovely Charlene of Dainty Dresses, and knew I had to own some for myself. As you’ll see from hers, and the Ebay images, they’re supposed to be winged. Only one of my boots had a wing attached when I collected them from the post office this morning. They look nice without the wings, and as they were attached via the laces, I just took the lone wing off. I’m disappointed not to have winged feet, but I like the boots all the same.

Panto comes off today. I’ll be quite sorry to see it go. I started pretty much at the same time the cast arrived, so I’ve never really worked there without them around. It’ll seem quiet without them! I am excited to get going on the new season though, so I’m sure I’ll be kept busy even without pantomime going on. I also won’t miss the glitter everywhere, I found some floating in my tea the other day!
